The pump shaft rotates under the drive of the motor and works on the liquid to increase its energy. The liquid is sent out continuously from the suction pool through the intake section, the positive impeller, the positive guide vane, the middle section, the inlet, the transition tube, the secondary intake section, the reverse impeller, the reverse guide vane and the outlet section of the pump.

Self balanced multistage centrifugal pump structure:

Horizontal segmental multi-stage self-balancing centrifugal pump with single or double suction inlets is arranged vertically upward on the pump upper or horizontal outlet.

It is mainly connected by zero-strength threading bolts and inlet and outlet water sections such as inlet, middle, outlet, secondary inlet, guide vane, reverse impeller, shaft, throttle and pressure reducing device, shield sleeve, bearing body, transition pipe, etc. The inlet, middle and outlet water of the pump are hard-sealed by molybdenum disulfide grease metal surface and transferred to shaft mounted. The bearing adopts "solid structure, the driving end adopts cylindrical roller in the bearing; the end adopts angular contact ball bearing section, middle section, water outlet section, secondary water inlet section, guide vane, reverse guide vane and transition tube."

The wear degree of sealing sleeve such as sealing ring and guide vane sleeve installed between rotor part and fixed part has affected the working performance of pump, it should be replaced when building.

There are two types of shaft seal: mechanical seal and packing seal. Pumps should be placed accurately with packing, the degree of packing tightness must be appropriate, with liquid energy dropping sealing elements installed in the sealing chamber, the chamber should be filled with a certain pressure of water, play a role in water. A replaceable sleeve is installed at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft pump from replacing bearings and seals on the road.

This series of pumps can be viewed directly from the prime mover through an elastic pin coupling or a diaphragm coupling, and the pump rotates clockwise.

The motors are routinely configured as Y2 series motors, and are used on occasions where flammable and explosive gases are available.
